Mainframe Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support Engineer - Mobius Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Maintain and update technical documentation; identify gaps and ensure materials are organized and up to date
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring problems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mainframe application support or development
- Strong expertise in Mobius development/administration
- Proficiency in JCL and COBOL programming
- Experience with MVS utilities and mainframe job scheduling tools
