Job Summary

A company is looking for a Major Accounts Sales Assistant responsible for supporting sales representatives and ensuring client satisfaction through accurate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Representatives with sales support activities, including product inquiries and preparing quotes
  • Process orders and supporting documentation, and manage administrative tasks in Salesforce
  • Build customer relationships and provide backup to other Inside Sales team members as needed


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
  • Experience with business collaboration tools, including MS Office applications and vendor software
  • Ability to manage varying workloads and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports
