Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Marketing Data and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage addressable marketing campaigns and oversee A/B testing initiatives for continuous improvement
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, addressable and digital campaign management, or data analysis
- 5+ years of experience managing a data analytics team to produce measurable business results
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
