Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform estimating activities for mechanical aspects of various project types and delivery methods
• Review project plans and specifications in detail
• Coordinate with estimating team, subcontractors, and material suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field and office experience in the direct-hire mechanical construction industry
• Understanding of mechanical contracting business, code knowledge, and organizational skills
• Experience with mechanical estimating practices and software
• Ability to work with construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
