Minnesota Licensed Endpoint Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Support Technician (Asset Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of organizational assets, including tracking, storing, and documenting equipment and inventory
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for personal computers and endpoint systems
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records in the asset management system

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate with technical training in supporting PCs
• 4-5 years of experience in a related role is preferred
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Knowledge of asset management systems and inventory software
• Certification in Inventory Management and Asset Handling is preferred
