Job Summary
A company is looking for an Endpoint Support Technician (Asset Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the life cycle of organizational assets, including tracking, storing, and documenting equipment and inventory
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for personal computers and endpoint systems
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records in the asset management system
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate with technical training in supporting PCs
- 4-5 years of experience in a related role is preferred
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Knowledge of asset management systems and inventory software
- Certification in Inventory Management and Asset Handling is preferred
