Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a high-volume call center environment
  • Utilize an advanced telephony system to handle inbound/outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Document all communications with customers and resolve issues while maintaining performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
