Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III (Safe Act).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in a loan application
• Obtain necessary documentation and information for loan processing
• Monitor and analyze documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Good PC skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to function independently within time constraints
