Job Summary
A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for the NetSuite ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite ERP system issues
- Maintain the NetSuite Support board to assist users with inquiries and system configurations
- Support system updates, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience supporting NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP features, including report creation and workflow configurations
- Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as supply chain, manufacturing, or CRM
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
