Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by educating members about benefits and plan options
- Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Document transactions and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience required
- 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
- Data entry and general computer skills required
- Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining a calm demeanor
