Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service by educating members about benefits and plan options
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Document transactions and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience required
  • 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
  • Data entry and general computer skills required
  • Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining a calm demeanor
