NOC Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor and support a large complex data network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production system uptime and troubleshoot network issues
- Engage with NetOps Alerting, track system status, and escalate issues as needed
- Provide higher tier support and create dashboards for system functionality
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in network architecture, cloud architecture, and security architecture
- Strong knowledge of Networking TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Proxy Servers
- Ability to analyze system logs for root cause identification
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS technology providers
- Familiarity with advanced troubleshooting techniques for network issues
