NOC Network Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Network Administrator (Shift Work).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 network support, addressing availability and performance issues
- Monitor critical network elements and applications in a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Implement and enforce network policies, procedures, and security measures
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active DoD Secret clearance
- B.S. degree or 9 years of applicable experience
- DoD 8570.1-M IAT level II certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing remote or onsite Technical Support
- 3+ years of experience with Network Management/Monitoring Suites
