Non-QM Loan Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Non-QM Loan Processor to efficiently manage loan processing and communication with borrowers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan files and organize Non-QM documentation, providing initial needs lists to borrowers
- Communicate with borrowers to gather outstanding items and provide updates, maintaining contact every 48 hours
- Manage underwriting conditions, coordinate with the processing team, and ensure timely loan closings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of wholesale or retail mortgage processing experience
- Familiarity with Non-QM documentation and underwriting guidelines
- Experience with niche loan products such as Bank Statement Loans and Jumbo Loans
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS required
- Strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan guidelines
