Operations Account Manager PMO Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Account Manager (PMO Consultant) for their full-time position in Enterprise Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the user experience and the IC/SOW process life cycle with client end-users
- Establish and manage relationships between IC's/SP's and Engagement Managers
- Assist with onboarding process for qualified ICs and manage the process for IC Candidates who don't qualify
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years' experience in Staffing, MSP, Recruiting, VMS environment
- Proficient in developing professional relationships
- Proven customer service skills
- Efficient time management skills
