Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Account Manager (PMO Consultant) for their full-time position in Enterprise Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the user experience and the IC/SOW process life cycle with client end-users
Establish and manage relationships between IC's/SP's and Engagement Managers
Assist with onboarding process for qualified ICs and manage the process for IC Candidates who don't qualify

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma
2+ years' experience in Staffing, MSP, Recruiting, VMS environment
Proficient in developing professional relationships
Proven customer service skills
Efficient time management skills
