Operations Analyst
Job Summary
An Operations Analyst is needed to join a Technology Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing analysis of business performance trends and insights required to inform decisions, producing reports and analytics to help teams achieve their goals
- Present research and insights to all levels of the company
- Create and evaluate SQL queries for use within BI tools and build dashboards to make key operational data available to teams
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and BI & visualization tools (i.e. DOMO, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience with top-tier ERP and planning systems, e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc
- BS or BA, preferably in a meaningful field such as Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics
- 5-7 years of analytical experience
- Experience transforming data into presentations and creating KPIs and metrics to help track growth and success
