Job Summary

- Handle escalated customer calls and promote teamwork within the organization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center, with at least 12 months in a supervisory role
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency with relevant technology and tools for performance management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and improve team processes effectively
