Job Summary

- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for staff development
- Implement quality assurance policies and conduct audits to maintain high-quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in workforce management in an operational environment
- Four years of experience with workflows and resource coordination
- Experience in identifying optimization opportunities for processes and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in workforce management (preferred)
