Key Responsibilities

  • Implement quality assurance policies and conduct audits to maintain high-quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce management in an operational environment
  • Four years of experience with workflows and resource coordination
  • Experience in identifying optimization opportunities for processes and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management (preferred)
