Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS / Cloud - HCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business requirements and processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud
- Design and configure contingent worker programs and HCM Cloud capabilities including payroll and time management
- Deliver fast formulas and manage integrations with third-party benefit providers
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of business analyst principles and quality improvement processes
- Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR and Payroll
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Applications table structure and SQL/PLSQL coding
- Experience with configuring foreign country processes in HCM Cloud
