Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to develop and execute enablement programs for partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for OEM and strategic partners
  • Create and maintain partner enablement materials, including sales playbooks and product collateral
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partners with the company's messaging and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner sales enablement or sales operations, particularly with OEM and strategic partnerships in SaaS
  • Solid understanding of OEM, Resellers, Referrals, SI, and VAR partnership models
  • Experience developing and implementing processes for partner enablement
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with company goals
  • Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes in partner enablement effectiveness
