Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll preparation, processing, and distribution for 600 employees across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements globally
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct payroll experience with a thorough understanding of payroll processing regulations
• Thorough knowledge of payroll-related Federal, State, and Local tax compliance requirements
• Multi-state US payroll experience and global payroll experience preferred
• Proficiency with Workday and experience with third-party administrators for international payroll
• BA/BS degree preferred; CPP certification is a strong plus
