Payroll Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees across 3 payroll companies
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processes and tax reconciliations
- Identify and resolve errors, issues, and risks while improving payroll efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of payroll experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification
- Experience processing payroll for at least 1000+ employees in a multinational organization
- Proficiency in automated payroll systems (ADP preferred) and automated time capture systems (Workday preferred)
- Associates degree required
