Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for managing payroll operations for both US and Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and review multi-state payroll processing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
• Oversee Costa Rica payroll processing
• Provide excellent customer service to managers and employees for all payroll-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax agencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and correctness
• Ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams
