Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Reporting Analyst, responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of payroll results through regular audits and verifications of data inputs & outputs
- Identify, plan, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and errors
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external payroll audits related to payroll tax compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of 8 years of payroll-related experience
- Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-state payroll tax
- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas
- Prior experience with case/ticket management systems
