Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation programs
  • Support learning and development programs, events, surveys, and recognition programs
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and human resources or people operations in an administrative capacity
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing startup environment
  • Proficient in using tech tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS
