Physician Revenue Cycle Mgmt Payment Posting QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting QA Specialist in Physician Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply payments, adjustments, denials, and ERAs to customers' accounts on a daily basis
• Research and resolve check, credit card, and EFT exceptions
• Perform audits, reconcile accounts, and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of general office experience with high volume numeric data entry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payment posting deposits, reconciliations, and handling EFTs and ERAs in a medical billing or medical accounts receivables environment
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in physician AR collections with complex denials and appeals management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payment posting error trending and quality assurance with process improvement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
