Platform Support System Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Platform Support - System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and troubleshoot client implementations
- Manage and administer ancillary certificates and keys, third-party tools and processes, and application workflows
- Provide general system administration tasks, monitoring, and escalation support
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Windows OS in a production environment
- Experience supporting applications and systems for a large-scale SaaS software provider
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication and relational database fundamentals
- Experience with configuration management tools, automation tools, and high-level scripting languages
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and its services
