Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post Closing Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed post closing review of complex closed loan packages for completeness and compliance
- Conduct reconciliations, recordings, and audits of closing packages while tracking closed loan files
- Run monthly reports for incomplete fee transfers and file shortages, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of related analytical experience
- Strong knowledge of company operating systems and mortgage lending regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to diagnose and analyze problems effectively
