Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular case updates to clients
- Gather and organize legal documents, analyze medical records, and draft settlement demands
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience managing personal injury tort cases
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in litigation or pre-litigation at a law firm is highly desired
- Strong understanding of auto accident claims and settlement negotiations
- Familiarity with auto and health insurance subrogation is a plus
