Professional Services Implementation Manager

Job Summary

An organization is seeking a Professional Services Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver services for customers, ensuring they see the full value of the company's products and providing guidance on best practices
• Gather requirements and build solutions, transitioning the company's working environment to the customer
• Implement changes in the company's environment on behalf of the customer and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position related to security, implementation, or technical support
• Deep understanding of internet and security technologies, such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, SWG, Firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience with scripting languages and a desire to expand those skills
• Knowledge of network transformation technologies, such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization
• Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands
