Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for overseeing content development and managed services projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content development activities and ensure projects are executed on schedule and within budget
• Oversee scheduling, risks, productivity, finances, and resource allocation for managed services projects
• Collaborate with Senior Operations and Account Management to address production issues and achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Proven track record of delivering results against strict project schedules
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting resource allocation procedures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
