Proposal Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Consultant IV to support proposal development and management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and proposal managers in drafting and developing proposals, removing barriers, and monitoring progress
- Lead project management activities for proposal submissions, including documentation, tracking milestones, and conducting meetings
- Develop complex proposal responses by collaborating with internal subject matter experts and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal writing and project management, with 8 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal management tools
- APMP or Shipley certification preferred
