Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager who will be responsible for managing the proposal process and ensuring compliance with federal solicitation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cradle-to-grave Shipley proposal process, including kick-off, writing assignments, compliance matrices, color team reviews, and coordination of the entire proposal team
• Review bid request documents and determine the necessary response for RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and sub-contracting data calls
• Manage the proposal schedule, track progress, and ensure the timely completion of all proposal elements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proposal management experience
• Experience analyzing and understanding Federal RFPs and preparing documentation for kickoff shortly after RFP release
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Point, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat
