Proposals and Commercial Operations Director

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Proposals and Commercial Operations Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for proposals and maintain an organized library of past proposals and materials
• Provide project management and operational leadership for sales adjacent initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in proposal management, sales, or marketing with a demonstrated track record of success in leading and managing teams
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with government contracting and RFP processes
