Provider Accounts Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Accounts Advisor to assist with market analysis and provider performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Team to address client escalations regarding coverage and capacity
• Generate and distribute provider performance reports and market summaries
• Work with large data sets to implement automated solutions for key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation to stakeholders
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or 3 years of customer service experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
