Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit calls to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support overall service quality
  • Provide training for new hires and conduct refresher sessions on best practices
  • Assist in the development and analysis of project reports and performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
  • Experience in a management or quality assurance position in health or human services
  • Experience working on CAS or CANS projects is preferred
  • Medicaid experience is a plus
