Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit calls to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support overall service quality
- Provide training for new hires and conduct refresher sessions on best practices
- Assist in the development and analysis of project reports and performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
- Experience in a management or quality assurance position in health or human services
- Experience working on CAS or CANS projects is preferred
- Medicaid experience is a plus
