Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the organization
- Develop and manage quality systems, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards
- Set and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance targets, driving action plans for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality regulations
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PDCA cycle, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in developing and executing quality programs across multi-site or matrixed organizations
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
