Recovery Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Collector to manage delinquent accounts and facilitate repayment schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through inbound calls and outbound dialer systems
• Educate customers and arrange repayment schedules to meet department goals
• Perform collection activities in compliance with state and local laws

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service
• Good knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and organize information
