Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector starting August 2025, with remote work options available in specific states.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate payment commitments
- Handle accounts accurately while meeting performance standards and metrics
- Document accounts clearly and respond to customer inquiries within established time frames
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
