Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager, Client Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process for multiple studies, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Manage and mentor a team of Research Participant Recruiters, guiding them on strategies and performance
• Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes and participant engagement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or research, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and team leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
