Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Management Consultant for their Local Market Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers in the 100 to 500 lives segment
- Provide education and training on products and services to internal and external partners
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities effectively
