Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Advanced Deposit Servicing Representative.

Must be able to:

• Manage and process all stop payment requests and reports
• Serve as frontline contact with banks
• Manage additional projects, including continuous improvement opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School/equivalent education required
• 3 years banking operations experience required with customer service experience
• Credit union operations platform experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately, both independently and as a part of a team, with interruptions to meet deadlines
