Job Summary
A cloud connectivity company is in need of a Remote API Platform Senior Sales Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and administering suite of sales tools, including Wingman, Clari, Clearbit, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leadiq, and Cognisim
- Working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales tools
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields
- Experience managing and administering sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
