A company is looking for a Remote Asset Resolution Team Lead (All Latam).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio
- Develop, train, and supervise a team of Asset Resolution Analysts
- Develop and implement collection, loss mitigation, and recovery strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent from a U.S. college/university preferred)
- Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent preferred)
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state collection/foreclosure/bankruptcy laws
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
