Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the analytics team, managing data infrastructure and tool chain
- Identify relevant KPIs and develop operational dashboarding and metrics
- Support client, regulatory, and investor reporting while empowering operational leaders with data insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in mortgage servicing or banking
- Expertise in SQL; Python skills are a plus
- Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Strong business intuition with the ability to present data insights effectively
