Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Remote Associate Operations Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create accounts in Payment Service Network’s platform
- Complete biller bank changes i.e. VOD completion, ticketing
- Lead activation meeting weekly, review PSN contracts, and complete merchant boarding
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both phone and email
- Maintain sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and with a team
