Remote Bank Operations Processing Associate
Job Summary
A banking technology company is seeking a Remote Bank Operations Processing Associate.
Must be able to:
- Perform day to day dispute research and resolution for consumer transactions
- Perform consumer Mobile Deposit processing, including check validation, check returns and adjustments as per procedure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience handling consumer disputes and chargebacks in banking, financial services, or consumer finance
- Experience in Bank Operations, payments and exception processing
- Strong knowledge of ACH and credit/debit card rails while also having working knowledge of other payment channels operating rule
