Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
- Record details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)
- Identify, escalate priority issues, and report to high-level management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs
