Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative.

  • Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
  • Record details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)
  • Identify, escalate priority issues, and report to high-level management

Qualifications for this position include:
