Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Branch Compensation Solution Developer II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing efficient processes
  • Serving in project leadership role on small initiatives
  • Developing relationships wit key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement
  • Experience developing business and technical requirements for new financial systems
  • Understanding of business implications of projects for systems within.
  • Have Power BI/Power Query, Tableau, and Robotics Automation (RPA) tools
  • Experience preferred in Programming Languages (SQL, PL/SQL,VBA)
