Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping to identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses
- Working in a high-volume inbound call center/administrative environment
- Being highly proficient in de-escalating difficult customer interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center, collections, customer service, or retail
- Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information
- Be proficient in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Can assist the Call Center Team Lead with meeting operational objectives
- Possess strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
