Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping to identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses
  • Working in a high-volume inbound call center/administrative environment
  • Being highly proficient in de-escalating difficult customer interactions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center, collections, customer service, or retail
  • Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information
  • Be proficient in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Can assist the Call Center Team Lead with meeting operational objectives
  • Possess strong conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
