Job Summary
A smart home products retailer is seeking a Remote Chatbot Content Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and improving structure of external and internal chatbot content
- Analyzing chatbot content for improvements based on volume, helpfulness, and other criteria
- Providing proofreading and editing support to various cross functional teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of related experience required
- Experience in content creation or design of virtual assistants or chatbots
- Experience in technical or customer support
- Experience in professional writing for the consumer electronic industry
- Demonstrated success working with sales, product, engineers, customer service and marketing teams
