Remote Client Services Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
A health analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Services Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
- Develop and provide ongoing management of the client's data impact
- Be accountable for supporting growth and optimization of our products and solutions within the assigned customer's account
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare industry experience with a health plan, TPA, or vendors of data analytics
- Minimum of 5 years of successful client/program management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payment Accuracy or related Healthcare IT space
- Analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in preparing and delivering presentations
